Russian authorities have arrested a student for allegedly posting a video of the apparent execution of two men by a neo-Nazi group, although authorities still don’t know who recorded the video or carried out the attack.

Russian police arrested a student on charges he posted a video on the Internet showing the alleged execution of two men beneath a Nazi flag, according to the prosecutor general’s office.

The student at Maykop State Technical University in the republic of Adygeya received the video as an e-mail attachment from an unknown sender, the office said. One of the apparent victims was from Tajikistan and the other from Russia’s southern republic of Dagestan.
