Ron Young is an activist and author living in Everett, Wash. Ron marched with Martin Luther King Jr. in Selma, Ala., for voting rights and in Washington, D.C. against the Vietnam War. During the U.S. war in Vietnam, Ron resisted the draft, led a peace delegation of American student and religious leaders to Saigon, carried mail to American POWs in Hanoi, and coordinated the March on Washington for Peace in Vietnam in November 1969.
