Frank Figueroa, a Dept. of Homeland Security agent, is scheduled to stand trial today on a charge that he exposed himself to a girl in a mall. Figueroa used to run the department's "Operation Predator," a program to fight sex crimes against children.
This comes on the heels of the arrest of DHS officer Brian J. Doyle, who was picked up for allegedly trying to prey on a child via the Web.

A federal judge says he will require the search engine company to provide the government with some search-query data in connection with the Justice Dept.'s attempts to revive an online child pornography law. It's unclear what kind of and how much data the judge will order turned over.
